New Spin Playlist - This Week's Guilty Pleasure song is.....

Barbara Streisand!!!! You know it....DUCK SAUCE.  (I'm really going to fit in one obnoxious song every week that is just one of those guilty pleasure songs that you can't help but love and wanna get up and spin it out)

Ok, so the more and more I've been teaching I'm finally feeling like I'm in the groove and over my issues of stumbling through some of the transitions between songs and even during songs just counting out beats.  Most of it was honestly just due to being nervous. (I think anyway)  But I definitely feel like I've hit my stride and it's been going awesome.

So as an instructor now I always want to imagine that if I was taking my own class would I feel like I had my ass kicked at the end of class.  When I've taken classes in the past if I didn't feel like I was dead at the end it just didn't feel right.  With that said I've definitely made sure to keep the classes pretty intense.  This ride will be no different.  Four climbs instead of my usual three that I've been doing.  There should be some sweat on the floor tomorrow for sure.
