We're almost out of the 100's till the wedding. SOOOOO CLOSE!!
Nothing much new again on the wedding front to update so why not just give you all another Spin List to play with. Just rode with the regulars at the studio for my 5PM Spin Sesh and needless to say we sweat our asses off and they may hate me tomorrow. The version of Love Generation on this list will potentially make you want to puke. It's been played around the studio before, originally just a much shorter version which my friend Kelly used in her Pilates class often. It always made me think of partying somewhere an it was totally the TOKEN KELLY song every time I heard it. Then came along Rachael (studio owner) deciding she would use this long ass version. Well that version is TOKEN RACHAEL! Taught to it tonight for the first time and woah nelly I was GASSED for sure. Teaching it and having to do the calls wears on you a little more, but it's KNARLY and so BAD ASS! Arms mixed in with a few intervals and jumps. AWW YEAH!
