Ohhhhh Baby Girl. You're probably thinking I've forgotten all about you. It's kind of hard to now though since you're pretty much doing cartwheels, TKB or kicking soccer balls about 75% of the day now. Don't worry though I LOVE IT. When everyone said how amazing it would be when you first feel your baby move I thought yea right, it's probably going to be very very strange and uncomfortable. But they are all right, maybe one of the few things I've agreed with when it comes to all these pregnancy stories. Every time I feel you move no matter how I'm feeling I get this smile on my face that if someone was to randomly see me would probably laugh. Even in the middle of the night {yes while I'm wide awake anyways, because I'm not sleeping} you still manage to put a smile on my face. Your daddy still tries to say he doesn't think he's really felt you move. Don't let him fool you, he has! And I know he loves it. If I'm being completely honest I love it more when daddy lays his head on my belly and listens to you swim around in there.
So besides you becoming so much more active and mommy starting to feel more normal the last few weeks there hasn't been a lot of other big news in terms of changes about you. There was however some MAJOR news that happened to us two weeks ago. Mommy found out she got picked to go be in the studio audience for The Ellen Degeneres Mother's Day Show! This is pretty much a huge deal because most likely "Auntie Ellen", {Yes we're going to call her that from now on} is going to be hooking us up with all the latest and greats gadgets and baby gear! And by all I mean Mommy and Daddy might not have to buy anything else! We've stopped buying anything for you just in case "Auntie Ellen" hooks you up! We are so excited and still really can't believe we're going!
Wait wait wait. I did forget something. Daddy and I finally decided on a name for you! I'm not going to write it to you in this little letter though but probably by now you've heard me talking to you and calling you by name. I can't tell you how excited I am. It was just another added way to feel so much more connected to you. We can't wait to share it with everyone once you come join us!!!
That's all for now, I promise not to be such a slacker in the next couple weeks. There are a few things that are going to go on that I'm sure I'll want to tell you about!
