What is Music Monday?

I'm going to pick a new record from Eminem's new album The Marshal Mathers LP 2. I've been an Eminem fan for the longest time. I remember really getting more into him though while I was in college. Ahhh memories. Anyways, his new record, The Monster featuring Rihanna is AWESOME. It became an instant favorite to start using in my spin classes. Great for a nice climb!
