Musical Monday!

Music Monday is a weekly link party where bloggers share a song they're into for the week, and talk about why they like it-or why it effects them. So I'm linking back up with "My So-Called Chaos" for another week of music!!

I am keeping it chill this week.  This past Friday night the studio where I teach Spin classes at held a Candlelit Stretching class and I decided to pop in.  Amazing to say the least, that class was exactly what I needed.  The very last stretch we did was a gravity stretch.  You basically find a wall, scoot your butt as close as you can to it and lie on your back with your legs against the wall.  The goal is to take your legs into as deep of a "split" position along the wall as you can.  We sat in gravity for the entire length of this song.  Just closed our eyes, took some deep breaths, some long exhales.  It was amazing and this song is amazing.
